West Living was formed in early 2009 to develop and acquire service enhanced senior living communities that offer a variety of lifestyle and wellness options to choose from.

The growth objectives for West Living include the development, acquisition and management of senior living communities in southern California (primary market), northern California (secondary market) and western states neighboring California (tertiary market). We target independent and assisted living communities that offer multiple levels of lifestyle and wellness options. Our long term investment horizon provides an excellent opportunity to manage and optimize the operations at all of our properties.
